Great question! The FCRA has requirements when these issues arise.

ClearChecks has built a "Pre-Adverse Event Notice" button into each report we deliver.

  1. At the top of the report click the button to initiate the delivery of required disclosures, a copy of the background check and instructions on how to open a dispute
  2. If your applicant disputes any of these records, a ticket will be opened directly with our Dispute Resolutions Team
  3. Once the report has been examined, we will re-issue the report with any corrections
