Q. I typed in the wrong email address for my applicant! What do I do?

It's okay! Mistakes happen, especially when you’ve had a long Monday morning.

To edit the email address and resend it right from your dashboard.

  1. Select the Applicants item from the left hand menu
  2. Hover your mouse over the email status (Invalid Email, Opened, Delivered, Clicked) and a button will appear
  3. Click "Resend Email".
  4. A window will popup giving you the opportunity to update, edit or change the email.
  5. Click Update & Send Email, the email will be resent to the new email address.

Don't worry! The old link sent to the invalid email address will be disabled.
